Return Policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS
Once our team has received and processed your return, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. It typically takes 5-7 days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, follow the steps below.
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@amenartisan.com
We want you to fall in love with your jewelry. We understand that the return shipment may take some time to arrive back at our warehouse and so we just need the returned items to be shipped out within 30 days, not delivered to us.Customers are responsible for return postage costs and any duties and taxes if applicable.We are unable to cancel and refund an order after it is processed and shipped. If you change your mind and want a refund after your order is processed and shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the order, and then send it back to us for a refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
