Return Window

Customers may request a return within: 30 days after delivery
After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligible Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

1、Items must be unused and in original condition
2、Items must be returned in original packaging

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

1、Personalized or custom-made products
2、Engraved items
3、Clearance or Deal Today items

Please include:
1、Order number
2、Reason for return
3、Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
We will provide return instructions after review.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost or resend a replacement.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

1、Item is defective or damaged
2、Wrong item received
3、Size or product replacement request (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time: 3–5 business days

Restocking Fee

We do NOT charge any restocking fee

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos.
We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
